Over the last couple of months we have been in development mode to create a new feature for Vendr, based on the feedback of our customers and from our own experience as retail website owners. Our new Store Dashboard and Analytics section are part of our latest 1.3 release.
Tracking your store’s performance and keeping on top of order actions to ensure you keep your customers happy can be tricky. Up-to-date, at-a-glance information is key to ensure your store is performing how it should be.
In the Vendr Commerce section of your store, you can now see our Dashboard. This provides a daily store performance summary, showing turnover and total orders for the day, as-well-as an order search box, quick links to actions needing your attention and a constant activity feed.
Clicking the Analytics section opens up a page of insights, highlighting key metrics such as Total Revenue, Cart Conversion Rates, Average Order Value, Repeat Customer Rates and Top Selling Products. But it doesn’t have to end there. As with many of the features in Vendr, our analytics page is completely plugable, allowing you to develop your own widgets for the KPIs you/your client need to regularly review.
So, with key numbers at your finger tips and lots of orders to action, managing your online store just got a whole lot easier with Vendr Dashboard and Analytics.
